Jurassic coast Mushrooms are back at Happy River for another year! We’ve already run some mushroom growing Workshops this year and with Autumn just round the corner, we have the first of the fungi forays on September 6th.

The Blurb; Andy Knott will lead a fascinating walk from the beautiful tree-encircled slice of woodland paradise that is Happy River Retreat, out through wider Wareham Forest to spot and gather mushrooms of the season, talking you through them as you go.
With bulging baskets, you’ll return to the Happy River barn for a hot drink and treat to enjoy whilst Andy guides you through an identification table of your collected treasures, showing you the edible, medicinal and incredible world of mushrooms that surround us. A walk through the woods will never be the same again!
