Take your mycology game to the next level, with these lids..
Built using 70mm Polypropylene lids with an additional silicon seal, both capable of withstanding your pressure cooker/ autoclave
Each lid comes complete with two polypropylene bulkheads and nuts, sealed in place with RTX gasket sealant, attached to one bulkhead mount is a 6mm silicon hose, for drawing up your precious liquids. While externally there is another 6mm silicon hose leading to a luer lock for quick and easy attachment/removal of your syringe. The second bulkhead mount is married to a 0.22micron syringe filter via a slip luer, this will take care of any pressure differential between the jar and atmosphere.
We've gone the extra mile in ensuring aseptic conditions for your product, by including a hose clamp to ensure no contaminated air enters back into the jar when you remove the syringe, they also come fitted with a heavy duty self-healing injection port instead of the adhesive microppose injection ports, giving you a slightly longer life expectancy!
All parts are designed to withstand the high temperatures associated with steam sterilisation.
