This is one of our favourites! A bit of a pig to cultivate correctly but once you get it dialled it’s a real treat! Probably one of the tastiest wild mushrooms, Mother Nature has to offer. Usually only appearing within a short window, here in the UK. With this culture, you can treat yourself to Hen of the Woods all year round!
