Native Hericium erinaceus - JCMNF039 (Lions Mane) Liquid Culture

 10ml of Lions Mane liquid culture, complete with a 16g prick & IPA wipe.

This culture was obtained from a wild fruiting body, found in the New Forest, Hampshire. We’d love to take credit for this wild strain but we can’t. This wild strain arrived anonymously in the post, a petri-dish simply labelled ‘NFLM’. It’s wonderful that others share the same passion as us, for these rare fungal species and preserving them for future generations. 

This native Lions Mane produces very large off-white fruits, not too dissimilar to the Somerset strain. Again appreciating plenty of FAE to ensure a nice fruiting, there can be a small amount of bruising when handling older fruiting bodies.
