Native Pluerotus ostreatus - JCM012 (New Forest Oyster) Liquid Culture

 10ml of Grey Oyster liquid culture, complete with a 16g prick & IPA wipe.

This Oyster was isolated by Greg at Jurassic Fungi, from the New Forest. He kindly sent us a few plates of his favourite natives to have a play around with. We’ve run this one on hardwood blocks and buckets of straw and it’s a great strain. It seems to produce quite a variation between blocks and buckets but what ever way you choose to cultivate this one, you won’t be disappointed with the yield and the flavour!
