This mushroom is very popular with the home grower or allotment owner, very easy to establish and will reward you with baskets full of mushrooms, for years to come. They have a nice flavour and a good meaty texture. Once your mushroom bed starts fruiting you'll likely have mushrooms appearing everywhere!
